I could feel Alister’s presence before I could see him. His scent cut through the air thickly like incoming death, cold and threatening. I stopped and scanned the area, spotting him in the middle, flanked by the rest of his men.

My beta stood before him with some of my warrior wolves. I am impressed they do not cower by the mere powerful presence of Alister.
