Trapped pregnant with a Billionaire child

you can’t ask anything

Slowly, the nurse helped Letta to sit up after cleaning her body, while Marco remained silent, gazing at his wife who occasionally glanced at him and gave a smile. Marco, too, smiled more frequently, the smile etched on his lips. Then, Marco stopped a nurse who was bringing breakfast for Letta.

“Let me feed her,” Marco said, causing the nurse to nod before leaving the two of them alone. Letta then smiled at Marco.

“I’m tired of eating mushy food like this,” Letta said, causing Marco’s hand to pause as he looked at his disinterested wife staring at the food in front of her.

“There’s no other choice, this is the only food you can eat right now,” Marco said, making Letta immediately put on a sulky face.

“Fine, one bite, one question, or else you can’t ask anything,” Marco said, making Letta stare at him even more plaintively. Marco realized there were many questions in Letta’s head, and he knew he had a lot of explanations to give her.

“Alright,” replied Letta, who finally gave in, slightly leaning her body to receive the first spoonful from Marco.NôvelDrama.Org holds text © rights.

“What is my full name?” Letta asked with a wide smile, making Marco pause for a moment before answering,

“Letta Letichia.” Then Letta asked about her age, and Marco answered that she was twenty-five years old.

Letta then began asking various things about her world to Marco, and Marco answered as if he had known Letta for a long time, even though their meeting was coincidental, and their marriage was a contractual one arranged by Marco himself. Marco smiled wryly at himself, realizing that he was seemingly playing a drama for his own ego. For Marco, the most important thing was that Letta remained by his side, and he would do everything to fix the mistakes he had made.

“I can’t eat that food anymore. My stomach feels sick and uncomfortable,” Letta said, making Marco try to persuade her.

“I’m sure you still want to keep asking. I won’t explain anything either if you don’t finish this meal,” Marco said. However, Letta’s movement stopped, making Marco realize that he hadn’t explained her pregnancy yet. Marco was not ready to explain this complicated situation to Letta. Marco then reached out and held Letta’s hand, who looked at him with a puzzled expression.

“Alright, without you asking, I will start explaining about us,” Marco said, making Letta nod.

“You are currently carrying my child,” Marco said, making Letta blink her eyes and then smile widely.

“So there is our child inside?” Letta asked. Marco nodded.

“How old is the baby?” Letta asked, looking happy and moved.

“It’s 22 weeks old,” Marco answered, making Letta surprised.

But Letta’s smile stopped when she saw the worried look on Marco’s face.

“Are you happy?” Letta asked.

“Of course, I am happy,” Marco replied.

“But your expression says otherwise,” Letta said. Marco sighed deeply.

“No, it’s because I still can’t believe I am talking to you. I feel guilty for everything that happened to you, especially during the early stages of your pregnancy, which had to be endured depending on hospital equipment. But I am grateful that you both made it, for you and me,” Marco said.

Letta reached out and caressed Marco’s jaw, making Marco silent. This was the first time Letta had given him such a gentle touch. Marco held Letta’s hand by his face and kissed it tenderly.

“How could I not be happy when you and our child are now in my life,” Marco said, making Letta smile.

“I’m sorry for leaving you and making you worry these past few months. Thank you for staying by my side,” Letta said. Marco nodded.

“Is this our first child?” Letta asked. Marco nodded.

“Yes, this is our first child,” Marco replied, making Letta smile.

“Did we just get married?” Letta asked. Marco paused for a moment as if thinking.

“Yes, we’ve been married for approximately eight months,” Marco answered.

“I’m sorry that I can’t remember the beautiful moments when we got married. I also don’t know how strong our love is. But when I first saw you, I felt my heart beating fast. Does that signify that we had a strong spiritual bond before?” Letta asked. Marco could only nod in response.

“It seems that, even though you didn’t say that you are my husband, I have already developed strong feelings for you,” Letta said. Even though Letta didn’t express that it was love, for Marco, hearing those words from Letta was meaningful enough.

“Is our marriage happy?” Letta asked, making Marco smile.

“Yes, for me, it’s very happy. Just seeing your smile, our marriage is blissful,” Marco replied, making Letta smile.

“It seems you’re the type of husband who is very skilled at saying sweet things,” Letta said, making Marco only smile mockingly at himself.

“Alright, let’s end the information session here. So you better get ready because soon you’ll have to undergo physiotherapy to move your legs and the rest of your body,” Marco said. Letta nodded enthusiastically, eager to leave the hospital once she recovered. Letta wanted to walk again as usual and do other things she wanted.

Letta wanted to know more about her marriage to Marco because right now, Letta felt like a blank sheet of paper with no markings. She truly couldn’t remember anything, not even about herself or the people in her previous life. It was as if this was their second life given by God.

Marco continued to watch Letta, who was now trying to walk slowly, assisted by nurses on her right and left. Occasionally, Letta smiled, and Marco could only smile back. The doctor advised Letta not to overexert herself during this physiotherapy, so Letta would undergo the session slowly to restore the function of movement in her body.
