Chapter 19 How uncaring you are!
“I wish I was there to shop with you.” Diana cooed from the other side of the phone.
“Technically, you’re still with me.” Tihana replied and Diana chuckled.
“But not as how I would have been if I was beside you.”
Tihana was in the bridal shop as per what Aiden ordered her to do.
He had given her a day off at work today so she could get the things she needed for the wedding.
“Ma’am, do you like this one?” The lady helping Tihana select the wedding gown asked as she pointed to one of the gowns.
Tihana stared at the white gown in front of her in admiration.
All the gowns in the shop were extremely beautiful that it was very hard for her to choose just one.
“Hello Tihana? Are you there?” Diana called out when she didn’t hear her voice again.
“Yeah yeah, I’m here.”
“Why did you grow silence all of a sudden?”
“I was just admiring a gown here.”
“You know what Diana? I now wish you were here beside me because I’m having a tough time choosing one.” Tihana groaned lightly and Diana chuckled.
“I told ya.”
“They all look so beautiful.” She said again in a great admiration.
“I have to go now. My boss is coming to my office. See you at home. Bye.” Diana said in a haste and hung up.
Tihana sighed and put the phone back in her purse.
“Ma’am, I could help you pick one. I mean that’s why I’m here for you right?”
“Okay.”
“This way. I have more designs to show you before we come to a conclusion on the one you’d pick.” The lady said in a smile and Tihana smiled back then followed the lady to the direction she pointed to.

Aiden worked on the files on his desk while Wayne just sat on the couch staring at Aiden as he worked.
“Are you really sure you don’t want my help over there?” Wayne said breaking the silence but Aiden didn’t reply.
“You do know you have to be healthy so you won’t loose your handsome look on your wedding day. This will only make you look stressed out.” Wayne said again as he stood up and Aiden scoffed.
“Have you gotten the suit for it anyways?” Aiden finally said without sparing him a glance.
“Yeah, I ordered from Jay’s empire.”
“Are you sure it would fit me?”
“Of course it will.”
Jay’s empire was a cloth mall that deals mostly in suits and tuxedos. It was where Aiden buys all his suits and tuxedos from so it wasn’t a problem for Wayne to order one without Aiden going there.
“Okay!” Aiden muttered.
Someone barged into the office and the both diverted their attention to the intruder.
“What is this news I’m hearing Aiden?” Blossom asked with rage.
“What the hell is going on? You’re getting married and not to me but to a random bitch?” There was no answer from Aiden.
“How dare you!” Blossom yelled again continuously as she scattered the files on his table and this time, Aiden couldn’t take it any longer.
“What is the meaning of this?” He stood up as he banged his hand on the table.
Blossom was taken aback by Aiden’s sudden outburst.
“Don’t you have manners at all? Didn’t your father teach you manners!” Aiden yelled to her face.
“I should be asking you that Aiden Turner! Do you think you can use and then dump me?” Blossom yelled back.
“Use? I didn’t even use you and here you’re talking about dumping?” Aiden chuckled lightly.
“Oh really!”
“Yes really.”
“Aiden, you’re a son of a bitch. Believe me.”Owned by NôvelDrama.Org.
“Yeah, I do believe you. Now, get out of my office.”
Blossom fumed in anger and grabbed her purse which she had earlier threw on the chair.
“This isn’t over yet, Aiden. I swear it isn’t and I’ll make you pay.” She said with gritted teeth and stomped off.
Aiden sat down back on his chair, shocked at her attitude.
Why was he shocked anyways? He should have expected this.
Wayne who has been standing beside Aiden, sighed and started picking the files on the floor.
He sat opposite his boss when he was done.
“What would happen now?”
“What do you think would happen?” Aiden asked back as he stared at Wayne like he said something stupid.
“Don’t give me that look. I asked that because now, you’re in the bad book of both father and daughter. How are you going to deal with it?”
“That’s their problem and not mine.”
Wayne shook his head and rested back on his chair with a finger on his chin.
He suddenly gasped and checked his wristwatch then stood up.
“Where are you going?” Aiden asked not taking his eyes off the files in his hands.
“I have something to do, I’ll be back before you know it.”
“Whatever. Just make sure to come back today.”
“I will.” Wayne left the Office and company in total.
He entered the car and drove to his destination.
He came out of the car and looked around for the person he came for.
He found her car parked few meters away and it seems she saw him too because she stepped out of her car.
“Why were you late?”
“I almost forgot. I’m sorry.”
Diana stared at him with a questionable face.
How could he say he almost forgot something of such importance?
“Look, I’m really sorry. I was handling something at the office and it almost slipped off my mind.” He apologized again after seeing the look in her face and Diana sighed.
“Let’s go.” Wayne didn’t move.
“Which car are we using?” He asked.
“Mmm, let’s use yours, to make it more real.” Diana replied after thinking for a while.
“I’ll be right back.” She said again and went to her car. She came back seconds later and they both entered Wayne’s car.
Wayne started the car again and took off.
The car was in total silence until Diana broke it.
“I hope you’ve rehearsed everything you’re to say when we get there?”
“Yes, I have.” Wayne took a glance at her as he drove.
“Alright but please, I don’t want any complications in this.” She breathed out and Wayne chuckled.
“It isn’t funny” She glared at him.
“I wasn’t laughing.” Wayne defended.
“But you chuckled.” She chipped in.
“I was just…..”
“I don’t want to know but just don’t mess this up for me.” Diana chipped in again.
“Is this the place?” Wayne stopped the car.
Diana looked through the window and smiled.
“Yeah.” She opened the car door and stepped out. Wayne came to stand beside her.
Diana took a deep breath and they went inside.
They clicked the door bell and a maid came to open it.
The maid bowed and made way for them.
“And there she is.” Mr Watts said in a wide smile as he opened his hand wide for his daughter.
She jumped into his embrace in a little laugh.
“I miss you dad.”
“I miss you too honey.” They disengaged from the hug and Wayne found it as a way to make his presence known but Mr Watts beat him to it.
” You must be Wayne, my darling daughter’s boyfriend.” Mr Watts said in a smile and Wayne smiled back.
“Yes. Good evening sir.”
“My daughter quite talked a lot about you but she didn’t tell me you were so responsible.” Mr Watts complimented and Wayne smiled.
“Dad, are we going to stand all day?” Diana whined.
“Please pardon my manners. Let’s go to the dinning, it’s been waiting for us for a while now.” Mr Watts said and they all laughed.
“Your father is quite nice.” Wayne whispered into Diana’s ears as they followed Mr Watts to the dinning.
“Not quite but very nice.” Diana whispered back.
**********
Blossom threw the flower vase across the room and it broke into pieces.
She pushed down the nightstand from the bedside table and it also broke.
Ever since she came back from Aiden’s office, she’s been breaking the things around. Starting from the things in the sitting room to the ones in her room.
How could Aiden do this to her?
How could he, even after knowing she has fallen in love with him?
“Blossom dear, please open the door.” Someone called from the outside of her room but she didn’t listen, instead she continued breaking the things in the room.
“Sweetheart, please let me in. We can talk this through.”
“There’s nothing to talk about!” Blossom yelled.
“You know I would do anything for you. Just open the door.”
“The same thing you told me before but yet you couldn’t make him marry him. Now, he is marrying someone else and you’re here still repeating the same thing.”
“You’re the worst dad ever!” Blossom yelled again.
“Princess, stop breaking things. You might injure yourself.” Mr Norman said with a pained voice.
Just like Blossom’s dad predicted, she screamed.
Some broken glasses had pierced into her feet and the feet was already bleeding.
“Princess, what is it?” Her dad shouted in panic, trying to break down the door but it was close to impossible for him as it was locked from the inside and again he was getting older.
“My leg!” Blossom cried out again and her father couldn’t take it in.
“Nanny, get the guards up here to break the door.” Her dad said to the other person with him at the door.
“Baby, don’t worry you’d be fine. I promise.”
“Dad, it hurts. It really hurts.” She cried the more and sat on her bed.
The door forced open and her dad came in with the nanny while the guards stood at the door.
Mr Norman came to his daughter on the bed, trying to avoid the broken glasses laying carelessly on the floor.
“Get the first aid box immediately.” The nanny left to get it as ordered.
“Don’t worry, you’ll be fine.” Mr Norman consoled his daughter.
The nanny came back and began taking care of the injury.
Blossom groaned as the nanny cleaned the blood.
“Take it easy old woman!” Blossom yelled at the nanny.
“I’m sorry dear.” The nanny apologized gently.
“I’ve told you to take it easy with things.” Her dad said as he placed his hand on Blossom’s shoulder and she scoffed.
“Oh! Please dad, spare me that trash. Easy won’t work here.”
“He doesn’t seem interested in you. I tried to make him see why he should marry you but he bluntly refused.”
Blossom turned to her dad with a stern face.
“That was because you didn’t do it well. He is interested in me, he hasn’t just realized it yet.”
“And thank you for showing me how uncaring you are.” Blossom said again.
She wasn’t going to let this slip away that easily. Aiden belonged to her and her alone.
She has to do something and very quickly.
But what does she do?
