The Guardian’s Sword By Talking Cigarette Chapter 314

“Leah, I’ve checked out the location. Golden Villa Garden is very close to Candy’s kindergarten.

“If you buy a house here, it’ll save her the trouble of switching kindergartens. It’ll also Candy the trouble

of getting used to a new area.

“If you’re not pleased, I’ll take you to look at the villa area.”

Sean smiled confidently. Then, he turned his wheelchair and rushed to the sales department.

“Uncle, wait for me.”

Candy had no concept of price. She only knew that Sean was good at talking.

“This…”

The two of them looked at each other, then braced themselves and walked in.

“Welcome to Golden Villa Garden’s sales department. Please come in.”

Two long–legged doormen at the door welcomed them politely when they saw that customers had

arrived.

The windows were bright and clean. In the high–end renovation department, the floor was so clean that

one could see figures being reflected.

Willow and Leah felt awkward, especially Leah, who was so careful when she walked as if she was

afraid of dirtying the floor.

In less than two minutes, someone brought them drinks and a bowl of popcorn.

“This, uh…”

As a full–time mother, Leah had been staying home all–year–round. She had never been treated like

this before, so she was rather reserved.

Even Willow was not confident. Content protected by Nôv/el(D)rama.Org.

After all, the houses here easily cost five million dollars. It really made one feel ashamed.

Initially, when the salespeople saw Sean and the rest coming over, many of them surrounded the group

enthusiastically.

Soon, however, one salesperson after another turned around and left.

Which one of them would not have a sharp eye for sales?

It was no exaggeration to say that they could tell at a glance if the person was a potential client.

Although Sean and the rest were dressed well, Willow and Leah’s eyes were filled with fear.

They had seen this kind of timid look many times before.

As they did not have money in their pockets, they did not have any confidence. That was why they

looked so scared.

In short, their wallets were not bulging, hence they could not stand firm.

Therefore, there was no need to waste time on them.

“Snow, come take over.”

A long–haired woman shouted to another salesperson.

“Uh, Linda, isn’t it your shift today? Is this suitable…”

The girl called Snow asked curiously.

According to the company’s rules, whoever was on their shift would naturally be the one serving clients.

When the time came, Linda would get the commission as well.

“Sigh, I told you to come, so come. If it’s done, the commission is yours, okay?”

Linda waved her hand and left in her high heels.

“Alright, then.”

The woman nodded and smiled as she walked up to Sean and the others. “Hello, Sir. My name is Snow

Zachary. May I ask if you’re here to view houses or…?”

Snow stuttered as she spoke. It was obvious that she was not familiar with her job.

She must be a newbie.

“It’s okay, you don’t have to be nervous.

“We don’t want any off–plan houses. You can recommend us your current built ones.

“It’d be best if it’s the kind with a complete renovation that allows for direct move–in. I’m in a hurry to

move in.‘

Sean waved his hand and replied politely.

“Ah, alright! We have…”

Snow quickly flipped through the information and was about to start introducing a house to Sean and

the rest.

“Leah, take a look first.

“We’ll go take a look at the built units first. If you think it’s okay, just sign the purchase agreement.”

Sean turned to look at Leah and pushed the document in front of her.

Hearing Sean’s words, the surrounding salespeople turned their heads in surprise.

That straightforward?
