Lucian gave a slight smile, “Glad you like it.”

Originally, he didn’t mind her staying at the Blue Mountain Estate, but he found out not long ago that

the place was actually a gift from Jason to Allison. So he immediately got in touch with the head of Epic

Entertainment and reserved the floor with the best view in the Powell Estate for Allison. Content © provided by NôvelDrama.Org.

This floor, this view – even Belle, the most popular star of Epic Entertainment, had wanted it, but the

management didn’t agree. This time, however, the management contacted Patty directly and gave the

floor to Allison, showing their respect for her. And all of this, all because of a word from Lucian.

“I’ll come see you tonight.”

Allison nodded, “Sure, do you want to join me for dinner? I can prepare it.”

“All right.”

“What do you like? Porcini mushroom soup, grilled lobster or barbecue?” Allison checked the time and

realized she had the entire afternoon. She planned to go buy some groceries.

“I like whatever you make.”

After hanging up, Allison changed her clothes, put on sunglasses and a mask, and took a taxi to the

grocery store.

She pushed a shopping cart, bought some meat and fruits and vegetables, because she had just

moved and the fridge was almost empty. After shopping, she remembered she needed some

household items, so she took the shopping cart to the second floor.

While picking out shampoo and shower gel, she didn’t find her usual brand, so she picked up two

bottles of cherry blossom flavor. Pushing her shopping cart forward, as she passed an area stacked

with shampoo bottles, suddenly a young boy on a skateboard came rushing by, causing the shampoo

bottles to topple over immediately.

An older lady screamed in terror. It was too late to dodge, Allison immediately walked over to her and

held her up, blocking the falling shampoo bottles. A few bottles hit her back and it hurt a bit, Allison

frowned, “Ma’am, are you okay?”

The lady was startled, patting her chest, “That scared me, but I’m okay.”

The lady adjusted her glasses, “Young lady, are you okay?”

Allison moved her shoulder, “I’m fine. Thank god you’re not hurt.”

The grocery store’s staff rushed over, “What happened here, is everyone okay?”

Originally, the shampoo bottles were stacked for display and promotion, but it would be troublesome if

they hit someone. Especially if something happened to the older people, the person in charge had to

take responsibility.

Nearby, the boy’s parents heard the noise and came over, scolding their child, “Why on earth are you

skateboarding here! You can’t run around in the store!”

The boy looked about six or seven years old, and he knew he had caused trouble. Combined with his

mother’s scolding, he started to cry.

The lady said, “It’s okay, just be careful next time.”

Watching Allison bending over to pick up the shampoo bottles one by one, the lady asked with a smile,

“What’s your name, young lady?”

“I’m Allison.” Allison, wearing a mask, helped the staff pick up the shampoo bottles. She looked at the

lady and asked, “Where is your family? Did you come out alone? Did you get hit by anything?”

“No, no, I’m from Powell River. I’m here to see my grandson and just thought I’d stop by the grocery

store.”

After bidding farewell to Allison, the lady stood there smiling and made a phone call, watching Allison’s

retreating figure, the lady thought to herself, what a nice young woman.
