Chapter 255
Chapter 255
"Aw, babe, my feet hurt. I don't wanna wear these high heels anymore. I wanna take 'em off." Mia
complained.
Andre wrapped his arms around her, "It's alright, we can take them off when we get home."
Mia shook her head, "Darling, where's my big rival? Dad said you found me a rival, where is she?"
"There's no one, Mia. Have you had too much to drink?" Andre asked.
Mia started to feel a bit dizzy, "Hey, babe, why's your head spinning?"
At this point, Andre couldn't just leave his wife.
Naomi also understood Andre's worry. No one knew what she might do next.
Mia was drunk, she was scared and clung onto her husband's head, "Darling, why is your head so
hard?"
Andre said, "That's my skull."
Mia quickly grabbed her own head, she was scared and started crying, "Dear, I also have a skull in my
head, what should I do?"
She was really drunk now. Drunk people were the most irrational. They talked nonsense, walked
unsteadily, and they needed someone to help them. Mia was like this. For the first time in his life, Andre
was tormented by his wife to the point of unbearable. He covered his forehead with his hand. He
couldn't stay here.
"Naomi, tell my dad for me, Mia is drunk. I'm taking her home." Andre said.
Naomi quickly ran over to tell Hansen. However, Hansen laughed. He said with a smile, "Mia's drunk?
Come on, let's all go see."
So, he and his friends appeared.
Mia was holding her husband and saying, "Let’s count ducks, darling, why do you look so much like my
husband? Duck, did you eat my husband?"
Andre didn't argue with drunk people. He said, "Honey, I am your husband. Mia, stop messing around,
let's go home."
"Um, no. I'm here for the party, it's Harry's birthday, I haven't wished him a happy birthday yet." Mia
said.
Harry on the side thought to himself, “I'm honored.”
Mia turned her head to look at the people who came, "Hey, darling, why is Hansen here too?"
Andre took his wife to Harry and told her, "This is your Harry."
Mia pointed at Harry, "I know you. Happy birthday! I hope you live a hundred more years."
"Alright, good girl. Uncle Harry knows, you go home and sleep." Harry said. Harry was laughing so hard
he couldn't open his eyes. This kid was still thinking about his birthday even when she was drunk; his
liking for Mia grew even more.
Mia had wished one person, and she also said to Rebecca, "Happy birthday to Harry's wife, live a
hundred years together. Happy birthday to us all."
Rebecca also laughed at this silly girl, "Alright, I accept your blessings. Now go home and sleep, child."
Andre saw that Mia was completely drunk. He quickly explained, "Mia mistook the liquor for a drink and
had a full glass. She's not in her right mind right now, I'll take her home. Harry, Rebecca, see you
another time."
Mia didn't want to leave, but Andre picked her up straight away.
Mia was acting childish, wanting to sing. Andre held her and almost started running. Naomi also quickly
followed to send her off.
The few old people behind were all laughing. Harry said enviously, "Bro, can we invite your daughter-in-
law over to our house for a few days, ha-ha, this kid is really interesting."
Rebecca also said, "Having such a child at home is really interesting. When you have time, bring Mia
over. I haven't had a good chat with her today."
Hansen said, "This is the first time I've seen Mia drunk, it's really interesting. Next time when we have a
chance, we can pour her another drink."
Mia didn't know about the three old people's plans for her. She was totally drunk now, "I'm a singer, ah-
ah, I'm the best singer."
"Alright, you're a singer, the best." Naomi soothed her.
Andre put her in the back seat, but she was not willing. Mia was still angry and said, "A wife should sit
next to her husband. I want to sit next to Andre."
Andre pacified her, "Big bosses all sit in the back seat, and let the driver drive. Today you're the boss,
and I'm your driver, alright?"
Mia thought about it, she ordered her husband, "Drive fast, I want to be like a rocket. I want to be home
in no time." She even did her own sound effects.
Andre always thought his wife was cute enough, but after she got drunk, Andre found out that she
could be even cuter. Closing the car door, he quickly drove home. Content property of NôvelDra/ma.Org.
On the way home, singer Mia started to sing out of tune.
Andre was speechless. He didn't want to sing "Don't Go Breaking My Heart", and his sweet wife, even
wanted him to take the girl's lyrics!
Mia crawled over to him and whispered in his ear, "Babe, sing."
Andre cleared his throat, but he really couldn’t open his mouth.
Mia was teaching her husband to sing, "You sing, I won't go breaking your heart."
Andre stepped on the accelerator, pushed it to the bottom, hoping to get home as soon as possible.
"Darling, if you don't sing with me, do you not love me anymore?" Mia asked.
Andre, who was bothered by her, finally plucked up the courage and recited after his wife in the car.
"Sing. Don't recite." Mia said.
Andre said, "Don't think I won't hit you."
Mia said, "You don't want to sing with me."
Andre thought, “I really can't open my mouth.”
Finally arrived home. Andre found out he had another problem to solve.
"Sweetie, come out, let's go to bed." Andre said.
Mia was sitting in the back seat, but she didn't want to come out. Andre tried to get her from the left,
she moved to the right to hide. If he went to the right to hold her, she hid on the left again. It was like a
child playing a game. If it wasn't for her being drunk, Andre would doubt if there was something wrong
with her brain.
"Darling, just say one sweet thing to me that I want to hear, and I'll be satisfied." Mia said.
That sounded familiar. Andre suddenly recalled that he once used this line to cheer up his lover. Damn
it, she even remembered this line when she was drunk.
"I love you." Andre said.
"You're just saying it casually." Mia was not satisfied.
Andre sat in the car. Mia kicked her husband lightly with her bare feet. She didn't know where she
threw her shoes.
The servants outside also came to help, but he'd rather coax his drunk wife than lay a hand on her.
This drunk Mia, was definitely the person Andre liked the most.
"Sweetie, let's go home together, okay? I'll tell you more once we're home." Andre said.
Mia shook her head, "Call me babe."
"Babe." Andre said.
"Call me again." Mia ordered.
"Babe." Andre said.
Mia wanted to hear it the last time, so a helpless Andre called her again.
The house staff were all left gobsmacked. Could Andre possibly spoil her any more than this?
