Chapter 558 We'll Find Him
With a smile, Sophia replied, "All right. Let's not contact each other too often. Jessica has a hacker. It's
easy for her to monitor us."
"OK."
After ending the call, Sophia had an intense headache. Rashad was a hacker, so she must be cautious
whatever she did.
If Rashad hadn't been her enemy, she would have easily located Mr. Stark with his help.
And now, the longer she could not find Mr. Stark, the greater danger he would be in.
After work, Sophia went to the garage and was about to sit in her car. Suddenly, Drake appeared in
front of her with a big bouquet.
"For my dearest wife!" Drake wore a bright smile.
Sophia was surprised.
She was more Mr. Stark when seeing Bonnie holding a bouquet to her.
"Did you have a great day, Mommy?"
Feeling touched, Sophia chuckled, "Why are you guys here? Why are you sending me flowers? Is it a
holiday today?"
Drake approached her. "Not a holiday, but can't we give you flowers on an ordinary day?"
"Certainly you can."
Sophia took over the bouquets, pecked Bonnie and Drake.
After Drake stayed home and took care of Bonnie, Bonnie felt happier and happier.
"Let's go home." This text is property of Nô/velD/rama.Org.
Drake sat in the driver's seat, and Sophia sat in the back seat with Bonnie.
When they arrived home, they entered the house hand in hand. All the servants and maids watched
them with smiles.
"By the way, Sophia, I heard what happened to Mr. Stark. Need any help?"
Drake only painted and babysat Bonnie daily. Though he had many competent subordinates, once he
made a move, Rashad would find it. Thus, Sophia was unwilling to let Drake take the risk.
"No, thanks. I can handle it myself for the time being. If I fail, I'll ask you for help," she answered.
"No problem," Drake agreed.
Probably Sophia felt too bothered. When she slept at night, she frowned deeply.
Drake wanted to help her eagerly but knew her well. After thinking for a while, he stood up, walked to
the corridor, and called Paul.
"Hello, Mr. Riley. What's the matter?"
Although Paul didn't work for the Riley Group now, he was still 24 hours standby.
"Suppose your beloved woman had a superior identity but had never told you. When you finally learned
it, would you be enraged?"
"Mr. Riley, do you mean if Mrs. Riley will be mad at you as you've never told her you are the King of the
Underworld?"
"Shush. Stop making wild guesses."
Paul knew Drake's character very well and had been used to it.
"Honestly, I would be enraged. Look. We've known each other for years and trusted each other. Unless
my occupation is required to be confidential by the nation, I must be honest with her."
"Be honest with her..."
Although Drake hadn't told Sophia about that identity, he had always been honest with her.
"Exactly," Paul emphasized, wishing to remind Drake how important it was.
"I've never thought of hiding anything from her," Drake said.
"Then you should tell her personally. Once she found it or heard it from someone else, what would she
think?"
Paul had lost Aria once because he had hidden something from her. Later, he realized how important it
was to be honest.
Drake and Sophia had experienced many ups and downs. Paul didn't want them to break up because
Drake kept something to himself. If they divorced, he didn't think they would reconcile.
After ending the call, Drake kept wondering if he should tell Sophia the truth.
In the end, he decided to tell her.
The following morning, when Sophia woke up, Drake watched her constantly. His gaze made her feel
weird, so she asked in confusion, "Why are you looking at me like this?"
Drake parted his lips. "Eh... I want to tell you something..."
Before he finished speaking, Sophia's phone rang. It was her assistant.
"Ms. Lawson, I found some clues about Mr. Stark. What shall we do now?"
Sophia got off the bed immediately. "Wait for me. I'll be right there."
"OK."
Before Drake continued, Sophia said, "Let's talk after I return home. I have something else to handle."
She left the house without having breakfast.
Drake thought they had plenty of time, so he decided to tell her the truth some other day.
Sophia arrived at the address sent by her assistant. "What did you find? Is Mr. Stark here?" she asked.
Her assistant replied, feeling bothered, "We were late. They seemed to notice us, so they transferred
Mr. Stark to another place when we arrived."
Sophia sighed in chagrin.
"I'm sorry, Ms. Lawson. It was my fault."
Sophia glanced at him and answered, "It's OK. It's not your fault. Since she dares to do so, she must
have alternative plans. Let's keep an eye on her. I believe we'll definitely find him."
"OK, Ms. Lawson."
Since they failed to find Mr. Stark again, Sophia returned to the company.
Not far away from Sophia, Jessica watched her leave with an ironic smile on her lips.
She felt lucky Rashad had helped her. Once Sophia made a move, they could know it very quickly.
Thus, there was no way Sophia could find Mr. Stark.
Jessica picked up her phone and called Rashad. "She's gone. No worries. With your help, I don't think
she can find Mr. Stark for the rest of her life."
"Eh. Keep up your good work with the company. Don't let me down."
"OK. I will."
Jessica was joyful.
Thinking about Molly, who had been dead, she believed she was more capable. After all, Rashad relied
on her to do everything now.
After returning to her office, Jessica threatened Sophia's company, asking Sophia to give her a
solution, or she would file a lawsuit.
Sophia had lost the clue. She knew it was because of Rashad that she had no way to continue the
investigation.
Her assistant reminded her, "Ms. Lawson, if this goes on, we'll have to lose money."
Sophia could tell Jessica's purpose. "We cannot admit it's our fault."
Their company's products were replaced by shoddy ones, so Sophia would never admit it was her fault.
"What shall we do now?"
"Try to buy us some time. The court won't push the blame on me when no evidence proves I am wrong,
will it?"
Her assistant understood what she meant and returned to work.
Sophia eagerly wanted to find the person who had switched the products. As long as the person was
found, the problem could be resolved, although Mr. Stark was still missing.
