Fatal Kiss Of The Vampire

Chapter 291: Could You Fight Him?

William had had about ten million followers, but when the news that he had gotten married hit social media, that number jumped to thirty million. Some of his followers had questions, but most just wanted to wish him well. Overnight, he had gone from star to superstar. He looked out his front window and found a line-up of paparazzi.

William had no idea who had caught them at the church, but he assumed that it was one of these scumbags.

On social media, William was shocked to find pictures of him and Kylie in the car outside the church, and of them walking from the car to the house. More than anything, it was shocking to him because he hadn’t realized that his notoriety was such that paparazzi would even bother spying on him.

William began to read the comments below the pictures, and he began to get angry.

After a few minutes, another picture appeared. In this one, Kylie was looking out the window of his home. It was frightening. He doubted it would be very long before Ethan appeared at his door with all of his guards at his back. If Ethan even saw the news, William knew that he would be dead meat.

He called up to Kylie. “Have you seen what’s happening on social media?”

Kylie was still asleep, but his yelling woke her up, and she got up, yelling, “I’m up already! Give me a minute!”

As soon as Kylie was fully awake, William barged in. He thrust his phone into her face so that she could see it. “Do you see this?” he cried. “This is all your fault. I didn’t want to take you to church, but you insisted. And that was where the paparazzi first spotted us, so you are responsible for everything, so you have a duty to make everything right.

“You have some power in the entertainment industry,” he continued. “Your director is practically a God. Go to him. Ask him for help. Do whatever it is that you need to do in order to make this go away!”

“It is impossible,” Kylie sighed. “I am too popular. You are too popular. By now, the pictures have gone viral. There is no stopping them.”

William frowned. “Are you happy now?” he wondered. “Did you make this happen as revenge on me for me not agreeing to marry you?”

“Oh, fuck off!” Kylie hissed. “Now that I see what a Nancy Boy you are, I’m glad that you didn’t agree to marry me. Now go find your hand, you little bitch!”

Before William could reply, Kylie turned around and marched off in the direction of her room. Before she reached the stairs, though, she turned around and glared at him. “Everything in my body is screaming to run for the door so that I can get out of here as fast as possible,” she said, “but we are trapped. If we are going to survive, we need to learn to get together. Think about it. I am going to have a nap.”

Watching her proudly turn away, as if her shit didn’t stink, made William furious – but he kept his anger in check. Even if he couldn’t stand the messenger, the message spoke the truth. In order to survive, they’d need to learn to get along.

Just as William sat down, his phone rang. He looked at the caller ID and saw that the call was coming from Ethan.

The phone rang again.

William winced in horror, and his body began to feel numb. He held the phone slightly away from himself as if it were a grenade or a hot potato. It rang again, and he winced.

The phone rang again, and he accepted the call. “Ethan,” he said. “Good morning. What can I do for you?”

“Nothing,” Ethan replied, cool as a cucumber. “I’d like to visit you today; at your second house.”

“My house is a mess,” William laughed uncomfortably. “I should come and visit you at…”Content rights belong to NôvelDrama.Org.

“How would you get out?” Ethan wondered. “Your house is walled in by paparazzi. With my guards, I will be able to forge a path.”

“O… O… Okay,” William stammered. “I’ll see you… when you get here…”

As soon as the conversation was over, William jumped up and ran up to Kylie’s room. He knocked on the door twice and opened the door without waiting to be invited in. Kylie was in bed, but she wasn’t asleep yet, and as William barged in, she rolled over to face him. “What the fuck is this all about?” she hissed.

“Never mind that!” William said. “Ethan is on his way over!”

When Kylie heard these words, she froze. This was the worst possible outcome she could have imagined. Not only did Ethan know where she was, but she had no way to escape. Suddenly her face went red, and she began to hyperventilate. “What are we going to do?”

“I don’t know,” William replied, “but we are running out of time!”

“Could you fight him?” Kylie wondered.

William laughed. “I could not,” he replied. “You were right to call me a Nancy Boy, and even if I could fight him, he would still have his guards to deal with. Our only option is for you to apologize to him, explain everything to him, and go back with him. If you do this, nothing bad will happen, and you can try to get away again another time!

“If Ethan still wants to fight me,” William concluded, “then I will finally tell him that I am gay. Everyone knows that a true man would ever hit a faggot. It’s even worse than hitting a girl…”

Kylie embraced him and said, “We will get through this.”

They were still holding each other when Ethan began to pound on the door outside.

Under the protection of two expensive black cars, the Knight XV stopped in front of the house, and Ricky Peck, the lead bodyguard, opened the car door for his employer. As the door opened, a pair of shiny high-end men’s leather shoes appeared, followed by long muscular legs.
