After having to make up her mind about what she was going to do to get Jaxton talk with her, she went to bed that night in high spirits.

The next morning she got up to the sound of the alarm and when she got up she went on with her morning routine today she was in a high spirit.

“Oh there, this is a beautiful day and I can feel it in my system” she said to herself in the mirror and then took a swirl at the mirror.

She was dressed today to impress Jaxton.

At least those walls he had built towards her this past days she just wanted them to all tumble down. She didn’t want them to keep fighting and she didn’t even want him to continue putting up a fight towards her.

She drove the car to the office and when she went to the office although the rest of the employees gave her some odd looks she didn’t mind her main problem was being in the high spirits.

She didn’t go to her office, for the records when she went into the office parking lot she realized that Jaxton’s car was there signifying that she was in time to meet him before he left the office again without talking.

“I didn’t ask you to enter my office so leave” he said and continued his work on the laptop.

“Make an appointment with my secretary as you can see she is seated not too far from where you are standing” he said and that was the end of what he had to tell her.

Sydney felt hurt for a bit but then she knew she could still put her plan to play if she wanted to.

She had known he was going to ignore her so she didn’t want whatever he had said to her to make her feel too bad so instead of going out as he had expected she closed the door.

Sydney slowly moved towards him and the next thing he knew she had closed his laptop and she pulled the chair and turned towards herself.

“What are you doing Sydney, someone could walk in here at any moment” Jaxton tried to stop her from doing whatever it was she had in mind to do.

The same way she missed him and was remorseful for what he had seen at the office was the same way he missed her.

“Why…what happened?” he asked but Sydney was already at the door and it was already open signifying her leaving the office.

“See you later boo” she said sending him a flying kiss and then laughed as she went to her office.

She couldn’t wait for him to have her on her mind the entire day.

When she got to Paxton’s office she notice he was in there with the smile on her face she expected everyone would be in high spirits.

“Good morning Paxton” she greeted with a wide smile, unfortunately her happiness had not met him as he ignore her greetings and sat down on his sit.

As she sat there the entire time she was present in body but her spirit and mind where at another planet as she didn’t hear Paxton call her and giving her the file she was to work on.

“Excuse me but this is a work place and not where you bury your thoughts for personal matters Ms. Sydney so ill appreciate it if you are focused else you want to be taken off this work team?” Paxton said taking her even more off guard.

“No sir I am sorry it won’t happen again” she apologized and took the file from him.

“I’ll need that the moment I come back from my lunch appointment” he said and then he went to the door and went out.

Sydney sat there confused as she didn’t understand what had just occurred but she was sure it wasn’t Paxton who had spoken to her.

She was just dazed as she left for her office to work on the file before he came back.

As she was at the office working, she just was busy and Jaxton after what had happened in the morning he couldn’t get her out of his mind, as a matter of fact he had a boner from the moment she had left his office.

“Are you ready for lunch?” he peeked his head through the door and she was happy her plan had begun to work.

“Yes I am let me save this document” she said and carried her bag as they left for lunch.
