After a few deep breaths, she resisted the impulse to weep. She could barely bear the ache till her eyes stung.
She knew she was cheap and silly in his eyes, therefore she didn’t want to be so…
The room became quiet.
Ava glanced at her strewn garments and wanted to continue speaking, but her voice was strangled with grief and she couldn’t.
Goden Bran slowed down as he leaned down to assist her up. But she ducked and stood up, braced. After just a few feet, her legs gave out and she collapsed in front of his eyes.
At the hospital.
Goden Bran sat beside her sickbed, staring at her pale face, as though meditating.
He raced to the Shangri-La Hotel after the dinner last night, but they weren’t there…

He pondered it and realized he didn’t want her with Jeorge Milton!
Who else might she be with than Jeorge Milton?

He gave Mr. Lark the divorce case, and when Mr. Lark showed him the images, he flung them all on the ground in rage.
Shouldn’t he be calm?
He was waiting for Ava Lins to plan against him since she knew this was a conspiracy.
But when he saw their images, he was so angry that Mr. Lark didn’t dare to speak.
After not seeing his grandma last night, he had to return. He waited in the study room till the sun came up, his first fear gone. He pondered why he lost his temper and almost insulted Belli Tannu’s father because of her.

Goden Bran glanced at her, his eyes dimming. He realized he shouldn’t have grown close to her and shouldn’t have continued to engage with her…
Otherwise, she may have ruined it all for him.
The following day, Belli Tannu’s beaming face appeared.
“Are you better?”
“Do you need water?”
Belli Tannu grinned and asked some personal questions, making Ava feel immediately comfortable. Her cheeks flushed as she clutched Belli Tannu’s hand. Goden Bran and I split up. ”
“When was this?
“Years ago.”
“Actually, I already knew that you had an affair,” she said, taking a long breath.
Belli Tannu was shocked,
Ava Lins was so overcome with grief “Do you remember what I said before? Someone told me that he had an affair, but I refused to accept it. I was inclined to trust him as long as he didn’t tell me in person. ”
She loved him too much to imagine he had another woman outside, so she deceived herself and trusted in him…
She grew enraged at her own stupidity “Do you, Belli Tannu? Mr. Lark’s words made me realize how much he disliked me and how foolish I was. ”
Belli Tannu, felt relieved and worriedly, “Do you dislike him, Ava? ”
“Do you doubt him and go to his firm to find trouble?”
“Will you actually divorce like this? I never considered vengeance… and…. ”
She was scared Ava Lins would be dissatisfied and rush over to cause problems, so how would she still have the face to behave like a human in the future?
Ava smiled, her lips curled “You’re angry for me, but am I not? What more can I do than sign the divorce agreement? Sob? I don’t want Goden Bran to look down on me more. ”
Belli Tannu couldn’t be more pleased as she listened, knowing she wouldn’t create any issue.
She hoped Ava could help Goden Bran.
Goden Bran’s guilt towards her would be broken.

“What’s wrong, Belli Tannu?
“I’m simply wondering how you do it.”
Belli Tannu stretched her hand and clasped Ava Lins’ hand, asking, “Ava?”
“Hmm?
“Can you forgive me if I do something bad and still be your friend?”
Ava felt a pang of worry as she saw her serious face.
“What do you mean?”
“I… I’m worried you won’t forgive me.”
Belli Tannu purposefully brushed her brow hair, showing small scars.
Ava was reminded of the moment when Belli Tannu rushed to her aid.
That scum’s hands would have destroyed her if not for Belli Tannu.
“Fool, no matter what you did wrong, I will forgive you,” Ava smiled and clasped Belli Tannu’s hand.
Belli Tannu glanced at Ava Lins’s grin, but in her heart she wished she could really forgive her, come to her wedding, and bless her.
If they couldn’t gain Ava Lins’ blessing, how would others see her?
That she took away her dear friend’s husband?
It would be different if Ava Lins could still befriend her.
Knock knock…
“My sister’s not well, the doctor said she has to rest longer, don’t bother her here,” Omi said, leading Ava to glance over and find Omi standing at the entrance with a poor complexion.
Ava was astonished by Belli Tannu’s sour face.
Why would Omi say such a thing?
Seeing she wasn’t moving, Omi opened the door “Goodbye!”
Belli Tannu couldn’t remain long since she understood what Omi Lins meant “So I’ll return first. Rest well.”
She stopped walking and glanced at Omi Lins, sensing his disdain, she grimaced and had to go away.
As she exited the hospital, she heard a scream “But!”
Omi Lins raced over, re-stuffed the fruits bag into Belli Tannu’s hands, and shouted, “If you feel you’ve let my sister down, don’t go in front of her again!”
“Don’t go too close to my sister!”
Belli Tannu couldn’t take it anymore, she retracted her normal kind and friendly demeanor ” Omi, your sister truly likes me.”
“You…” Omi clinched her hands, rage in her eyes.
“If you truly want your sister not to be wounded, be more nice next time you meet me!” Belli Tannu smiled and touched her cheek.
