All her bank cards were frozen. Her school's debit card used to be more than enough for her to get by previously, but the sudden change in circumstances had almost ruined her hopes!

As she took out her phone, Lauren's tears rushed out of her eyes. She tapped her phone hard, but the screen darkened as soon as it lit up. "Is it dead?" She thought.

Why couldn't God even help her with this?

Standing at the junction in a daze, Lauren was almost angered to death. The grievance in her heart suddenly flooded towards her mind. She felt an inexplicable desperation as tears eventually rolled down her face.

At the moment, Willy was drinking wine with Elaine. Despite the waist-exposing dress she was wearing, he could not find Trevor's so-called "plum blossom" birthmark on her after several glimpses.

"What happened? Let's go. Why didn't you tell me when you left?"

Her anger was almost put out in an instant. Before Lauren could make a sound, Willy had already held her hands as he rubbed them together. "Did someone bully you?"

Who else could bully her other than him?

His tiny action made Lauren lose control of her emotions. "I'm broke."
